Sex Therapy

I want to talk about intimacy and sex.

A judgment-free space to talk about intimacy, desire, and sexual well-being — on your terms, in your own language.

What this looks like at Bloom.

Sex and intimacy are among the hardest things to raise with anyone, including a therapist. People put it off for years, often while it quietly shapes a relationship or how they feel about themselves.

At Bloom this is ordinary, welcome conversation. It might be about desire and how it has changed, about a mismatch between partners, about pain or difficulty, about sexuality and identity, about a rupture in trust, or about wanting a fuller and more honest connection than you have now.

You do not need the correct vocabulary and you do not need to have already worked out what the problem is. You are allowed to be uncertain out loud. Come as you are.

Who this is for.

  • You and your partner want different things and neither of you knows how to say so.
  • Something has changed about desire, and you do not know what it means.
  • You want to talk about sexuality or identity with someone who will not flinch.
  • Intimacy has become a source of stress rather than closeness.
  • You are curious about your own sexual well-being and want a real conversation about it.

From our campaign work

Vulnerability is powerful.

Naming what you want, and what you don’t, is one of the harder things a person can do out loud. It is also where most of this work starts.

Bloom Therapy and Zach are one of most inclusive and expertised practices in our community. Zach has created such a dynamic and innovative approach to therapy. He creates a safe, judgement-free space for clients to explore intimacy, relationships, and sexual well-being. He does a phenomenal job integrating evidence-based approaches with an inclusive and compassionate lens. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and affirming therapist to support them with their sexual, relational, and mental health.
