Couples Therapy
“My relationship is struggling.”
Couples therapy is not a last resort, and it is not a verdict on your relationship.
What this looks like at Bloom.
Most couples who come to Bloom are not on the edge of ending things. They are two people who care about each other and keep landing in the same argument, or who have drifted somewhere quieter and are not sure how they got there.
The work happens in the space between you — what gets said, what does not, and the loop the two of you fall into when it matters most. Your therapist is not there to decide who is right. They are there to help you both hear what is actually being asked for underneath the argument.
Some couples come in for a specific rupture. Some come in to get better at the ordinary parts — communication, repair, feeling like a team again. Both are worth the hour.
Who this is for.
- You are having the same fight over and over and it never resolves.
- You are having trouble communicating, or you have stopped trying.
- Something happened and you are trying to work out whether you can come back from it.
- You feel more like roommates than partners.
- You are in a good place and want to stay there.
- You are navigating a change together — a move, a baby, a diagnosis, a job.

Bloom Therapy and Zach are one of most inclusive and expertised practices in our community. Zach has created such a dynamic and innovative approach to therapy. He creates a safe, judgement-free space for clients to explore intimacy, relationships, and sexual well-being. He does a phenomenal job integrating evidence-based approaches with an inclusive and compassionate lens. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and affirming therapist to support them with their sexual, relational, and mental health.
Zach allows people to feel completely transparent and brings out the vulnerable side to explore themself. He never pushes someone to go too fast and meet them where they are to help guide and support through the therapy process.
